The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure.

The service here reflects genuine Indonesian hospitality (staff were friendly and helpful. The room were comfortable and the overall atmosphere was calm and perfect for a family trip. Breakfast was delicious, my kids likes it.
