Had an amazing experience at Paradisus by Meliá Bali. Nestled in Nusa Dua, it is a spectacular beach front resort, well spread out with a majestic foyer, lush green landscaping offering all inclusive deals with unlimited dining across various restaurants serving a multitude of international cuisines. We took the option of a child free section, the ‘Reserve’ with access to a private pool and an exclusive restaurant, Sante. The ambience and the beauty was equally matched by the service and the disposition of all the staff we met! Greeted by the wonderful Ayu from the ‘Reserve’, where we stayed, the service team staff went out of the way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable! Ayu and her team made my niece’s visit to the resort so memorable; And the help they provided in locating our Uluwatu tour guide (who we lost in the crowds) was just amazing. Overall an A plus to the Reserve team! Also a special mention to Adi from housekeeping who did an amazing job, Lina from Malva restaurant, Azar from Sante restaurant, Winwin from Kanna restaurant for their wonderful service.

“Tropical Paradisus”

Great resort and wonderful staff and excellent service. Many wonderful dining options and fun pickle/paddle ball activities. Ana was the lovely lady who serviced our room and the towel dogs greeting our return to room was awesom

We’ve just returned from an incredible 5-night stay at Paradisus by Meliá Bali in the Adults Only Reserve section with the all-inclusive package, and it was honestly a 10/10 experience. From the moment we arrived until we reluctantly checked out, we were so impressed by every aspect of the resort. It truly delivers a genuine five-star experience with exceptional service, beautifully renovated facilities, and consistently high-quality food and drinks. If you’re considering staying here, we cannot recommend The Reserve enough. It offers a much more luxurious and relaxed atmosphere, and one of the biggest perks is never having to rush out early to secure a pool lounger. The staff in The Reserve are incredibly attentive and quickly remembered our favourite drinks and preferences, which made us feel so well looked after. One tip we’d definitely recommend is booking your restaurant reservations before you arrive, especially if you plan on eating at the resort every night. It’s a large property, so the restaurants do book out. The team were fantastic and sorted everything for us on arrival, meaning we still got to experience a different restaurant each evening, just not necessarily in the order we would have chosen. We’ll definitely book ahead next time. Our favourite dining experience was Sante in The Reserve. We ate breakfast and lunch there every day and the food was consistently outstanding. We chose to explore the other restaurants for dinner, but honestly, if we’d eaten at Sante for all three meals each day we would have been more than happy. The only suggestion we’d make to elevate the experience even further would be to add a few classic poolside favourites to the lunch menu, such as a bowl of hot chips, a club sandwich or a quality beef burger. The food options are delicious, but sometimes you just crave those simple poolside staples while relaxing by the water. I was also lucky enough to celebrate my 30th birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make it so special. From a beautiful birthday cake and thoughtful handwritten cards to gorgeous bed decorations, every little detail made the day incredibly memorable. It was such a thoughtful gesture and something I’ll never forget. As Reserve guests, we were also able to enjoy a late check-out while continuing to use our all-inclusive benefits right up until we departed, which was such an appreciated touch. We also loved the complimentary morning yoga session overlooking the beach (and other activities on offer). My partner enjoyed the HIT session and made great use of the gym, sauna and cold plunge and commented that the gym had everything needed for a proper workout. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing Reserve team, especially Oka, Darma, Arawungaski, Aryawan, Rini, Ninia, Satya and Resti (and everyone else whose names we unfortunately lost when we misplaced our staff card!). Every one of you helped make our holiday so memorable. We’ll absolutely be back. Thank you again for such an unforgettable stay. From Brooke & Brodie!

“Exception staff and service”

We stayed in the Reserve. The Reserve staff made our stay extra ordinary. Rini, Resti, Nina and the team were exceptional. My whole 6 night stay was faultless. Well done Reserve team!
