Our family of four stayed in Villa 6, and from the moment we booked until the day we checked out, everything was handled perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout. A few days before our arrival, Putu (the manager) got in touch, arranged our airport transfers, and made sure everything was ready for us. Throughout our stay, Putu was always available whenever we needed help or had any questions, making us feel genuinely well looked after. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The private swimming pool was fantastic and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location is ideal too—just a pleasant 10-minute walk to Seminyak Square, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops and the beach nearby. It offered the perfect balance of being close to everything while still being peaceful and quiet. A special thank you to Adi, our driver, who was outstanding. He safely took us everywhere we wanted to visit, shared local knowledge, suggested great places to see, and was always punctual, friendly and professional. He really enhanced our Bali experience, and we would highly recommend him to anyone staying here. Our butler, Mini, was wonderful and always greeted us with a smile. Sari and Ayu from the kitchen team were equally amazing, preparing delicious breakfasts each morning and looking after us so well. One of the little touches that really impressed us was the breakfast service. Every afternoon, they would ask each member of our family what we would like for breakfast the next morning and what time we wanted it served. When we woke up, everything was freshly prepared and waiting for us exactly at the requested time. It was one of those “wow” moments that showed the attention to detail and genuine care they put into making every guest feel special. We also ordered an in-house Balinese dinner, which was absolutely delicious and highly recommended. As part of our villa package, we also enjoyed a mixed BBQ dinner at the villa. The team contacted us beforehand to let us choose the evening that suited us best, then beautifully prepared and decorated the outdoor dining area, creating a wonderful dining experience. The food was excellent and it was one of the highlights of our stay. One thing we particularly appreciated was that the staff were never pushy. They would happily offer recommendations or services, but if we politely declined, they completely respected our decision without any pressure. That level of professionalism made our stay even more relaxing and comfortable. What truly sets Serene Villas apart is the exceptional hospitality. Every member of staff genuinely cares about ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile. It really felt like a home away from home. We had an unforgettable stay and would not hesitate to recommend Serene Villas to anyone visiting Bali. We will definitely be returning on our next trip. A heartfelt thank you to Putu, Adi, Mini, Sari, Ayu, the chef and the entire Serene Villas team for making our holiday so special. We can’t wait to come back!
