Villa was in a fantastic location but definitely needs a good clean. We stayed in the bunk room as we came with kids. The bathroom was way too small for a family, and the bathroom walls were super dirty. This bathroom has glass bricks and one fell from the top wall missing my daughter and breaking the bathroom glass door to the bedroom. Breakfast was nothing special, for over 9k aud for a 10 day stay. It was simply toast eggs and fruit. No pancakes, no juice, no coffee, no tea, no milk, no sugar, no cereal. They charged us over 300aud for 8 mornings because we asked for bacon and pancakes. This was simply for eggs and butter for the pancakes, and the bacon. A complete rip off. Our sheets were never changed in the 10 days we were here. So you could imagine how clean they were with 3 young children. The aircon in the bunk room doesn't cool the room as well as all the other rooms. The garden was beautiful and well maintained. Only 1 clothes drying rack for 6 rooms. Pool was an amazing size for 15 people. As mentioned, the location was amazing staff friendly, but it definitely wasnt worth what we paid. Will not stay here again.

Beautiful villa with great layout, but needs a good clean and refresh. We stayed in the 4br villa, and the setting was beautiful, but it has been left to get a bit run down. For the price charged i would have expected better finishing touches eg rugs and floor mats were filthy, as were mosquito nets over beds, which were grey and looked like they've never been washed. The 3 enclosed bathrooms were pretty dank and needed better ventilation, plumbing repairs and a good clean. Most of the villa is cleaned regularly, but it just seems to be a superficial clean. Wherever our baby crawled he ended up with filthy hands, knees and legs. Mosquitos were not a huge problem this time of year. The included breakfast was very basic and frustrating that it wasn't available before around 8.30am. It meant we had to make an earlier breakfast for the kids, and also restricted out outings. We were told that any extra food prepared by the staff would be very cheap, at just the cost of ingredients, but it was exorbitant. Eg $15 for a large plate of vegetarian nasi goreng. The location in seminyak was busy and noisy, which tends to be the case around seminyak, but wasn't too bad in terms if being close to shops and cafes. The pool and garden were beautiful and well maintained, and the gardeners were lovely and great with the kids.
