Little calmness paradise. Program was well adapted for my needs, food was delicious. Very approachable and kind doctors. Treatments very relaxing. Yoga, pranayama and meditation/relaxation practices were therapeutic. Room had a terrace and bed was very comfortable, though at night I could hear some cracking noise. This is a relaxing and calm retreat so if you are looking to site see I suggest do it before the retreat.

I had a truly enriching time at Ayurvedagram. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Vaishnav and Dr. Natasha stood out with their thoughtfulness and dedication. They listened to my concerns, tailored my treatments carefully, and made sure I felt supported throughout my stay. The staff, including the massage therapists, were warm, welcoming, and attentive. I genuinely felt like I was being treated like royalty. The treatments were deeply rooted in the authentic Kerala Ayurveda tradition. Each massage, each therapy, felt professional and meaningful. It wasn’t just a spa day—it was a healing journey. The calm surroundings and the care from everyone on the compound created a space where I could fully focus on my well-being. I had a truly enriching time at Ayurvedagram. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Vaishnav and Dr. Natasha stood out with I stayed for 16 days mainly to recover from ankle stiffness and major acid reflux I had since I was a kid and found it immensely beneficial, but if you’re planning a visit, I’d recommend 21 days to fully immerse in the experience. Ayurvedagram is a place I wholeheartedly recommend for anyone seeking authentic Ayurvedic healing.

I just spent 23 days at Ayurvedagram Bali and I had one of the greatest experience! When I arrived I was burned out and completely exhausted after over two years of living and working with long haul COVID-19. That is what brought me there. On my first week, I had to stop three time to catch my breath going up the two stairs leading to my bedroom. My energy started picking up after twelve days. Then, my senses of taste and smell came back, the flems I had on my chest slowly disappeared. At the end of my second week, I was able to swim 400 metres in the fabulous half Olympic pool. I was so amazed. My stay was amazing! The doctors team are very professional and thorough, the therapists are kind and caring, yoga instructor very dedicated, all staff from reception desk, customer's service, restaurant, housekeeping, maintenance, everyone is smiling, kind, respectful and polite. I would give them 10 stars of of five if I could. I recommend this center to anyone struggling with chronic disease, long time health issues. If you want to get your life back and feel good in your body and mind, this is the place to go.
