We booked this trip very last minute and are so glad we did. We stayed for 3 nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was more than we could have expected, the staff were all so lovely, welcoming and went above and beyond. We stayed in a one bedroom private pool villa and it was beautiful, the bathroom, the opening living and kitchen area, the pool, it was such a relaxing and peaceful space. The villa was very clean, and always stocked up, it is a secluded resort, it feels like you’re in the jungle but only 15mins from the centre of Ubud. Thank so you much to all the staff at Kayumanis, we will definitely be back.

Our family just returned from a flawless February stay at Kayumanis Ubud, and once again (our last visit was already 9 years ago), we are left speechless by the warmth and dedication of the entire team from the receptionist to the butler and every hotel staff we met there. Traveling with both senior of 70 and child can be a challenge, but Kayumanis always makes it look effortless, wrapping us in a sense of belonging that truly felt like "coming home." ROOMS: As returning guests, we were deeply touched to be upgraded to a Two-Bedroom Private Pool Villa. The resort architecture is masterfully integrated into the jungle. 20-ish villas are spread out that you feel completely secluded, we only met other guests once at the reception. The villa is spacious, surrounded by lush trees and a stunning private pool. Rooms are meticulously prepared. We loved the thoughtful touches—fresh flowers arranged beautifully on the bedding and towels. And need to give spme words to the laundry service - a small detail that provided so much comfort: despite the heavy February rains, our clothes were returned in beautiful rattan baskets, neatly folded and still warm. DINING: 1) Breakfast: The "anytime, anywhere" breakfast is very friendly to for get-up late guests. Every morning, our table was overflowing with delicious dishes. 2) Dinner: The first dinner we had luck in the rain season to watch the sunset over the jungle canopy from the restaurant. The other day we called in-room dining as there was an unstop heavy rain. My kid enjoyed so much the signature pork ribs—they are absolutely world-class. SPA: The Spa experience is nothing short of spiritual. Located near the Ayung River, the semi-open area lets you hear the flow of Ayung River, distant sounds of life in the jungle, or sometimes, the screaming of the Ayung River Rafting players haha. A highlight: I was overjoyed to meet the same therapist who served us nine years ago. And she was so considerate to walk my mother back to the villa in there rain. TRANSPORTATION TO DOWNTOWN: the transportation is defenitely a plus, it was about 15 min to go to center of Ubud and longer time to go back as the way is different. We took the chance to visit the Ubud Palace (which collapsed a bit due to the heavy rain the next day) and the Ubud Water Palace which is about 50m away. The Ubud Water Palace is strongly recommended. Everyone is required to change into a purple & white Sorong - purple is the color of the lotus in the two little piscina there, which makes the photo fantastic, the purple golden chair, and with green trees. OTHER ACTIVITIES: We didn't have chance to experience the activities due to the raining weather, but it seems amazing and attractive for me, from cycling and walking through the local village, learning how to make traditional Balinese offerings, to arranged tours to the Tegalalang Rice Terra and waterfall. Again, thanks to our butler and all the hotel staff. It is you who make this hotel distinct and feels like home. We look forward to seeing you again.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The last time we stayed for a short night, and this time we booked a longer stay. The service here is still warm, and they arranged many welcomes and preparations in advance. The room is still spacious and comfortable. There's nothing more relaxing than enjoying afternoon tea by the tropical pool. The service and help are always very timely and friendly, making it perfect for family trips and a relaxing long holiday. 是我们家庭一年内第2次到来了，上一次待的时间不长，这一次我们预定了更长的一段，选了两种房型。 酒店的网上客服和现场工作人员依然非常的热心和耐心，在我们到来前就准备了很多的考虑和欢迎的准备，并为我们家的一些特殊需求给了很周到的安排。 在热带下午的泳池里边放松，是最惬意不过的度假方式了。

We stayed in this resort for three nights and had a good time. The best part of this property is that they have focused more on the nature rather than turning nature into a commercial place. The resort has in all 23 villas, all are pool villas, with all the amenities one can ask for. Rooms are not big, they are huge. Pool size is also very big unlike other resorts who say they have pool, but in reality it is like a plunge pool. There is a nice and big sit out area next to pool where one can sit as a family, watch tv, listen to some nice music, there is a small kitchen too. This resort is like in the middle of ubud, there are lot of money change shops nearby, Laundary services are available at a distance of 500 mts, grocery stores are there, all in all it will feel like you are in the middle of jungle, but if you want anything, then same would be available within a radius of maybe two kilometres, which is not much, I think. They have a superb spa area, again, it’s like in the middle of jungle, but very good and luxurious. The quality of food is very good, and breakfast is amazing. I personally liked it because it was on À la carte basis and there is no wastage of food. The staff here is very polite, courteous, always smiling, and eager to listen to you and assist you. Whenever you cross any of the staff, whether it’s a front desk or a Gardner, they will always greet you with a smile. However, to conclude my review, I would say that as each coin has two sides, and in this case the only negative thing which I felt was that this place is not suitable for people who are on wheelchair , and the rooms need a renovation. By renovation, upholstery needs to be changed, a good quality paint job is required on doors, windows, cupboards, and please change bathroom tiles of toilets especially in your two bedroom villas.
