Location is a little far from the central Ubud Area, but the calm atmosphere, Welcoming staffs, excellent food, and wonderful activities..! Getting run down, moreso the rooms. Marriott should give up the lease or downgrade it to a Sheraton or Marriott. F&B service is touch and go. Restuarant is very crowded for breakfast in the morning.
