The small lobby on the first floor give lift and stair access to 3rd floor's lobby. The staff are nice, helpful and professional. Too bad there's a small problem on my keys. “The wedding of our sister”
The location is good, close to the city center to buy traditional food from Pontianak (west Kalimantan). But the location of the lobby is upstairs and the door go to the rooms is confusing. The breakfast is good. The cleaness and the staff is okey.

“Short visit on way to Surabaya ”
we enjoyed our stay at Santika,. A very good room and great breakfast. helpful staff,we saw no other tourists during our stay. Pontianak is a bustling harbour town,we had satay and sweet tea at small Warung near the commercial end of town.

“Nice n clean room.”
Use their valet parking facility, otherwise long walk from parking lots. Catch an elevator to 3rd floor/lobby. A bit narrow room but nice n clean room with tea/coffee maker. Always ask for outside perimeter room with outward faces window.
