Generally about the Hotel Pullman in Central Park has been by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I’m not exaggerating when I say this- everyone you will meet is extremely attentive, kind and so sweet. What I find most intriguing is the interior design of the Hotel; it is so beautiful and colorful unique art pieces are all around you. Facilities Pullman has many facilities such as: * Semi Olympic swimming pool * Spa with sauna * 24/7 gym for free with available towels, water, toilets, showers and sauna * Executive lounge * All day dining * Many bars * Rooftop garden * over 7,000 sqm of event space including a grand ballroom * Meeting rooms Food One of the absolute highlights of Pullman is undoubtedly the food. The hotel offers all day dining with both Buffet or À La Carte and the variety is genuinely impressive, There was something for every taste with an excellent selection ranging from Japanese, Indian, Mediterranean, Arabic, authentic Indonesian, Vegetarian, Salads, Bread, Sweets, Cakes, Fruits, Drinks. The food is spectacular, super clean and even food orders to your room 24/7 from the hotel are amazing too; which you’d expect to be mediocre. A special mention must go to the incredible Pastry Chef Mr. Achmad Fauzi. Each of his creation was not only delicious but beautifully crafted, with an obvious level of passion, precision and care behind it. You can really taste the dedication that goes into his work. He even prepared sweets for us because we liked his work so much ☺️❤️ Another thing to mention is that the bread is excellent quality (coming from a German). Which is hard to find in Asia. Safety For the first time in 15 years a fire happened near the hotel and reached part of it. Luckily the fire was treated quickly enough to not be able to reach any rooms that were further up the building. However so, we were evacuated out of the building by hotel staff that kept their cool and made sure everyone was okay- they handled the chaos so professionally. Water, towels and of course first aid kits were all offered to us- even in an emergency! So, if you stay in Pullman just know that with any accident that may happen you’ll be in very safe hands. Staff No matter who you encounter throughout the hotel, everyone is exceptionally kind, welcoming and genuinely happy to have a conversation with you. There is a warmth and friendliness from the team that makes you feel less like a hotel guest and more like a genuinely welcomed visitor. I would especially like to mention a few members of the team whose names I was able to remember: * Restaurant Reception: Shyfa, Sandrina, Farah, Willy, Kristina, Septian, Sabrina, Devin * Pastry Chef: Achmad Fauzi * Restaurant Service: Harris, Rendra, Endang, Didin, Andrina, Fahira, Jojo * Spa: Lucy and Lily * Housekeeping: Bella, Andini, Lukman * Manager: Mr. Seffo * Lobby Service: Bury * Reception: Haris Every single one of them was incredibly friendly, attentive and professional, and each interaction added something positive to the stay. Of course, this list is by no means complete. There were many other members of the team whose names I unfortunately didn't manage to remember or write down, but they deserve just as much recognition. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, the entire staff consistently goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. A hotel can have beautiful rooms, great facilities and excellent food, but it is the people who truly make a stay memorable. And this team definitely did that for me. Conclusion Overall, Pullman Central Park exceeded my expectations in every way. From the beautiful design and excellent facilities to the outstanding food and, most importantly, the incredibly kind and professional staff, it was a truly memorable stay. I would absolutely recommend Pullman Central Park to business travellers, families, couples, friends — really anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable and well-rounded hotel experience.
