“The greatest customer service”
Oria hotel is clean, in good location, and very comfortable. Great example of unbelievable cusomer service: my daughter forgot her phone. We immediately received a message it was found. Then Fahmi stepped on a train and took a 6 hour train ride to take phone to Yogyakarta! Saved holiday of my daug… more

“A very good, strategically placed hotel”
I’ve had a very pleasant experience at Oria Hotel. The location is good (strategic if I may add), staff were courteous and hospitable — very good! Oh and the breakfast spread is really good!! “Really good aand of course i will come back to stay in this hotel again”
Affordable price with outstanding services.. I get free art towel for our honeymoon.. The breakfast was really good.. The room is clean.. The staff are nice.. The building is located in central of the city and near to many delicious street food

“Good location”
Unclean room there were some spot in the sheet, small room and minimize lighting. The front desk are helpfull since I asked for room change. The location is perfect near with jakarta culinary and shopping center. The trainee staff need more trained for hospitality.
