All the staffs are superb. Just several suggestions from me. If the extra pillows are supposed to accompanied only extra bed, please don't put them on the room especially if it's already in old condition: without pillow case the yellowish pillow and yellow spots are not something the guests wanna see to feel comfortable sleeping, thinking the pillow used are on the same conditions. It is also more comfortable if the air condition position can be on the alley instead on the bed. Staff might be encouraged to go paperless so they asked whether we want the receipt or not. However we don't know whether it's a company policy or they're playing stocks behind the company's eyes. Also during peak hour staff still needs to be attentive. Not all guest wants to book billyard table to be played around by kids not understanding the game. My suggestion is only take out the ball and equipment when rented so no one is playing around unpaid.

I picked this hotel for its location. I am a solo traveler and I have no need to go off-track or inside the mountain rural areas. Location was perfect. But don’t expect a modern facility or services. The rooms barely have the minimum amenities. The restaurant was very basic. For sure you will find in your room an item or more which need immediate attention from the staff (my save box was not functioning and the big size bed was not provided during the first night). But if you insist you will get things straight. The staff is helpful and do listen to complaints.

“SIMPLE BUT DECENT”

Simple hotel but decent to spend a night. Lobby and reception are on the 2nd floor. Take lift, don't climb the stairs. They also have a lounge here with good view but traffic noise make it unusable. Staff are friendly. Swimming pool is there but I don't feel like using it in the cool weather.

Went here at Palace Hotel Cipanas with my husband & 2 children for our short escape on the weekend. We choose the TownHouse type of room to accomodate 4 of us which has 2 bed room & 2 bathroom. It was located quite a distance from the lobby so they offered us a free buggy service everytime we want to go to-from the town house. We love the location because it was secluded. But there are several things that need to be improve. 1.As reviewed by other traveller, that there are no towel provided in the room. It was the first I noticed, so before the bellboy gone I asked him to bring the towel for us. They took a long time just to bring 4 towel (for me it took more than 40min) 2.The Cleanliness, the table in the dining room looked dirty just like someone just used it so I cleaned it with tissue wipes. And the toaster was so gross (rusty & full of dirt, i even didnt want to open it) 3. We had problem with the housekeeping because someone came by in the morning & told that they would clean the room at 12. We said OK. But until 2pm no one came to clean up and we called many times until 3.10pm the housekeeping finally came. Despite all of it, the hotel has a good wifi, the fridge, hot water, air con were working properly.
