We stayed here twice on the past 10 days . Great little boutique hotel offering very good service and nice clean rooms. The Exec Chef , ex Tugu , was really helpful providing a very tasty western breakfast during our stay. In fact all staff were most accomodating and always offering friendly service. We will definitely stay here again.

“Good housekeeping”

I am very pleased with the housekeeping staff Especially 1 name stands out by the name of Mr Agung.the boy deserves appreciation for his dedication for the job .he is Very tidy and sparkling clean to his job .It is very rare to see such a pleasing personality in tense places.the buffet breakfast chicken was badly cooked though and was like the Charlie Chaplin show leather eating scene.overall the swimming pool outside wooden floor was coming out and locked dangerous to the bare feet. The saving grace is is the cleaning staff where gentlemen lke agung stand out.

The check-in process was great. We ordered an extra bed for IDR 200,000 per night, but unfortunately, the condition of the bed was poor. The check-in process was great. We ordered an extra bed for IDR 200,000 per night, but unfortunately, the condition of the bed was poor. My daughter was unable to sleep well because she was worried it might break. We requested a replacement on the second day, but no one followed up. We asked again on the last night, and only then was a proper extra bed provided. The bathroom door could not close properly—you had to lock it in order for it to stay closed. In addition, there was no hairdryer provided in the room. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were very nice and the food was good. However, the breakfast menu was almost the same throughout our three-night stay. We also requested additional towels for use at the pool, but the Housekeeping team informed us that there were no spare towels available. My husband had to suggest taking towels from an unoccupied room so our children could dry off after swimming before heading to the restaurant for lunch. My husband requested a late check-out of one additional hour so our baby could take a nap, but the staff only granted 30 minutes and showed little empathy even we know that the hotel not in full occupancy condition on that day. As a result, we checked out earlier than the standard check-out time. As hoteliers ourselves, we believe the reception team should understand the importance of prioritizing guests, especially families traveling with children. Please take this comment as genuine feedback for your future improvement.
