Our stay at Villa Bodhi was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a level of warmth and genuine hospitality that immediately set the tone for the entire experience. Every member of the staff operated with a quiet attentiveness—always present, always thoughtful, and consistently anticipating our needs. It was clear that creating a truly special stay for their guests is at the heart of everything they do. Madé, our driver and house manager, was exceptional in every sense. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and effortlessly organized. He ensured that every detail of our trip ran seamlessly—from scheduling daily poolside massages, planning efficient driving routes to maximize our sightseeing, to sharing local insights that enriched our experience. By the end of our stay, he felt more like family, which made our time at the villa all the more meaningful. The villa itself is a masterpiece, beautifully designed by the owner, Amos Kotomori. It perfectly balances modern luxury with traditional Balinese elements, creating a space that feels deeply serene. The private infinity saltwater pool was immaculate and tranquil, with breathtaking views and the perfect setting to unwind at any time of day. Every detail—from the luxurious bedding to the open-air living spaces—was thoughtfully curated to evoke a sense of calm, comfort, and indulgence. Dining at the villa was a true highlight of our stay. Gusti, Koman, and Touris consistently prepared outstanding and delicious traditional Balinese meals, each made with fresh local ingredients. Whether enjoying a slow, relaxed breakfast or an elegantly prepared dinner, every dish exceeded our expectations. Beyond the kitchen, Gusti, Koman, Touris, and Krisna ensured the villa itself was impeccably maintained. From housekeeping to daily laundry, every detail was handled with care and consistency, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our surroundings. The grounds were kept absolutely immaculate by Madé, the gardener, whose attention to detail ensured the villa remained as stunning outdoors as it was inside. Natkan, the overnight guard, provided a reassuring sense of security, allowing us to fully unwind and feel completely at ease—even during peaceful nighttime walks around the property. What truly set Villa Bodhi apart was the seamless harmony of the entire team. Each person contributed to an experience that felt effortless, personalized, and unforgettable.
