We had a wonderful stay and were reminded why we loved these villas so much the first time we visited. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were beautifully dark at night, which meant we had some of the best sleep we’ve had in accommodation in a very long time. The overall atmosphere is peaceful, private, and incredibly relaxing. Villa #6 was simply stunning and absolutely perfect for our stay. The private pool was fantastic, and we especially loved the indoor bathrooms, which was one of the reasons we chose this villa as it helps keep bugs away while still maintaining that beautiful open Balinese villa feel. The location is excellent — close to everything you might need while still feeling like a quiet retreat. There’s a convenience store just a short walk away where you can pick up essentials or access cash, and there are plenty of great local restaurants nearby. It’s also very easy to get around by taxi or bike. The villas are perfect for families, groups, or solo travellers. We actually stayed here years ago before we were married, and returning now with our toddlers was just as special. It truly didn’t disappoint. It remains a beautiful, authentic little Seminyak paradise and provides a stunning backdrop for relaxing and taking family photos. Value for money was incredibly good, especially for the size and privacy of the villas. The cleanliness was also excellent. Housekeeping visits every two days as part of their sustainability practices to reduce waste and provide guests with more privacy, but additional cleaning can easily be requested if needed — just make sure to read the information provided on arrival so you know what services are available. A helpful tip for food is to use GoJek, which makes ordering from the many nearby restaurants very easy. A couple of small areas could be enhanced to make the experience even better. The dining options could benefit from a slightly wider variety and possibly extended opening hours, although there are plenty of easy options to order food from nearby restaurants. Expanding the breakfast selection and refining the in-room dining service slightly would also be a welcome improvement. The Wi-Fi was a little inconsistent during our stay, and improving this would be helpful, particularly as it’s used to communicate with reception and order in-room dining. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place to experience Seminyak, and we can’t wait to stay again.

This place was amazing ! The villa, the staff all wonderful .Our villa was very clean, there was some wear and tear which was not a problems. Some of the metal items like the bathroom taps have corroded, but so did my hair clips over 3 days, We took a luxury escape deal, it was worth every cent we paid. There was plenty of restaurants close by and only a 7 minute slow walk to the main part of Seminyak. The cafe served a good breakfast. We had amazing massages on site. The manager was great as we weren't being picked up until 5.00 pm by allowing us the use of another Villa that was being renovated to stay out of the heat .I would highly recommend Villa Kubu.

We stayed in villa 2. It was much bigger than we expected. While the villa could do with a bit of TLC, we found it very comfortable with an old Bali charm.This was a Luxury Escapes deal and everything went like clockwork. The location is very good with a small walk to the main shopping area and the biggest shop, Bintang, that I have ever seen. There is a small cafe on location where you can organize meals to be brought to your villa, we enjoyed what we had. the staff were exceptional, especially the cafe staff and reception. we had a wonderful restful stay and look forward to returning.

“Villa 9”

We stayed in Villa 9. Definitely not a 5-star Villa. The pool and gardens are beautiful but the Villa looks old and tired. No TV in the lounge room, only a very small, old TV available in the bedroom and the TV reception is terrible. The food is very average.
