“Friendly staff in luxurious environment”
At the end of 3 months travelling in Indonesia this hotel had everything to relax and enjoy. “Best Hotel in Ternate”
The hotel was old but well maintained. My room was comfort and clean. The view from outside of the restaurant at the 4th fl. was nice. We can see Mt. Maitara and Mt. Tidore clearly. Overall service also OK. Seems this is still the best hotel in Ternate.

“Seviceable, even as though it is crumbling”
Much of the place is literally falling apart. Beyond the lobby, there are holes in carpets and doors. In our room, the door to the bathroom was in fragmenting and the themostat was hanging form the wall by wires. Water pressure was minimal in the shower. Yet, the room was clean, bed comfortable… more
