“smooth & comfy vacay”
for a snug hotel inbetween buildings , the spaces they present is plentiful calm & serene . smooth service from the start till end , kudos to the management. shall definitely return .

“Worth the price which includes breakfast”
The coffee from the hotel free breakfast is nice. The bed is comfortable. The pillow also awesome!!!! Shower water pressure is strong. Just our room facing main road, can heard the motor sound at night but didn’t affect my sleeping. Receptionist also helpful and pay to attention.

“Will go Batam again”
The hotel is clean and staffs are friendly. The only letdown is the breakfast whereby the choice is limited especially when one is vegetarian.
