I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here. That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available. To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top.

This is a large hotel with many rooms and facilities, suitable for families. I appreciated that there is a dedicated smoking floor. The gym facilities are good, and both room types I experienced were comfortable. I made a booking of 2 Deluxe and 2 Superior rooms. The Deluxe room was spacious and came with a large bathtub, while the Superior room was a decent size and also had a bathtub. Breakfast had a fairly good variety. However, there was a major issue with the front office service. After check-in at around 3pm, my passport was not returned to me. I only realised this the next morning when I went to the reception around 9am to clarify. The front office staff initially insisted that they have a strict policy not to keep passports overnight and that passports are always returned to guests. I requested that they check again and suggested reviewing the CCTV. After further investigation, they admitted that the male front office staff who attended to me had left my passport at the scanner machine. This raises concerns, as the passport was left unattended overnight and no other front office staff noticed or secured it. The service recovery was poor, considering the seriousness of handling guests’ personal documents. Overall, the hotel has good facilities and comfortable rooms, but the front office procedures and service recovery need significant improvement.

We had 2 days in Batam and stayed in Harmoni One for a night. Near Batam City ferry terminal and the Mega Mall shopping center but the newly opened One Batam Mall is located just behind the hotel. Overall a hotel with dated looks and facilities but room was big with comfy King bed and complete with a bathtub. Getting a hot bath and filling the bathtub with hot water was an issue in the toilet as at best water was only warm. Swimming pool located at rooftop and being cleaned when I went there in the morning. Beside the pool is the gym with many equipment but did not use any as they looked old and safety was my main concern. Breakfast was OK with local spread as well as Western and an egg counter. Staff were warm and friendly with quick service. Overall hotel was value for money.
