“A good Hotel for your weekend getaway!”

“Outstanding customer service”
Outstanding customer service and best breakfast spread. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are courteous and deliver needs/request from us. Highly recommended without a doubt. Best experience ever and will certainly book with them whenever I'm in Batam

“Highly recommend for your stay in batam”
The rooms are well maintained and spacious. Good view from the top floors. Like it being within walking distance to the Grand Batam Mall. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good variety, including manned egg and noodle stations.
