“Clean and Affordable Hotel, need to take Taxi/Grab to everywhere you go at 20K to 50K”
Staff Darma and Kenzi from reception was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy, aircon was strong. Can heard people talking at the corridor. Wifi was weak most of the time. Location have to take grab to anywhere. Fare is reasonable fm 20k to 50k within 10mins ride. Dont waste time on break… more

“Weekend stay with family of 10.”
Take 3 rooms on the 10 floor with my family of 10. Rooms are clean and spacious with a view . Bfast are ok. They have a covered swimming pool which the kids enjoyed but u have to collect towels at the lobby recep . The 11 floor rooftop got some great view of Batam and Singapore. Staff are friendly.

“Noisy and old”
Check in on the 14 june 2024 with kids and elderly . Its very old building that is in need of repairs, the room is also very noisy as room not well insulated and can hear alot of piping noises, breakfast so so,,room service is slow and had to call in reception after waiting for an hour
