Our group of 9 stayed at Panbil Residence Serviced Apartment for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was truly one of the most memorable stays we have experienced. The Residence and hotel are connected, featuring an elegant design that feels both grand and welcoming. The extensive use of glass creates a bright and spacious atmosphere, and what impressed us most was the exceptional cleanliness. The spotless glass, well-maintained surroundings, and the subtle lemongrass scent throughout the property immediately created a sense of relaxation from the moment we arrived. From the front desk to the restaurant, every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth and sincere smiles, making us feel truly at home. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the filtered drinking water, complimentary soft drinks and snacks, and the excellent water pressure in the bathroom. The lemongrass and ginger-scented bath amenities were a delightful surprise, turning every shower into a relaxing aromatherapy experience. As vegetarians, we did not expect much from hotel breakfasts, but the restaurant team exceeded all expectations. Special vegetarian breakfasts were thoughtfully prepared for our group, and the chef created different dishes each day with great care. Every morning became something we looked forward to, and we felt genuinely cared for and valued. Each day after breakfast, we returned to find our room perfectly refreshed, with fresh towels and meticulous housekeeping that kept our stay comfortable throughout. During our stay, one of our friends celebrated a birthday. We made a small request, expecting perhaps a simple cake delivery. Instead, the restaurant staff and manager came together to present the cake and sing a birthday song. It was such a heartfelt gesture that made the celebration incredibly special and memorable. Another moment that left a strong impression on us was when one of our friends accidentally left a mobile phone in the lobby. Before we even realized it was missing, a staff member had already safeguarded it and promptly returned it to us. Although it may seem like a small incident, it spoke volumes about the honesty, responsibility, and integrity of the team. It gave us an even greater sense of trust and appreciation for the people behind this wonderful property. This was our first visit to Batam, and thanks to the outstanding service, immaculate environment, thoughtful attention to detail, and genuine hospitality at Panbil Residence, we leave with wonderful memories of both the property and the destination. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome and cared for. Every detail reflected care, quality, and genuine hospitality. We will definitely be back. ❤️

One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff service. The team was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. I would especially like to mention a staff member named Berkat, who truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and ensure that our stay was comfortable. His helpful attitude and dedication made a very positive impression on us and added warmth to the overall experience. The environment of the residence is peaceful and relaxing. Unlike hotels located in crowded tourist areas, this property offers a calmer atmosphere that feels more suitable for families or travelers who simply want to rest and unwind. The surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a family stay. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment-style setup gave a more homely feeling compared to a standard hotel room. One thing to take note of is the location. The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. This means you may need extra planning if you intend to travel frequently into town for shopping or dining. Fortunately, the property provides a scheduled shuttle bus service, which is very helpful. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule. Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam.
