Stayed in Riana beachfrt room 140. This is the 2nd last bungalow from the end. Perfect for us who prefer quiet and privacy. Compared to the other side of the resort with similar beachfrt bungalows, these are more Balinese rustic and I prefer these. View is just brilliant, sleeping and waking up to the sea waves right at the doorstep. If u need a quiet healing moment, this is the place to be. Only one suggestion, I think it would be good if you have drinking water more accessible to guests. I think one day per room we are only entitled to 2 small bottles and to be honest I feel so dehydrated here. From room service sure, I can get food. But the drinks you have from the restaurant are all sweetened drinks only. The aqua shop does not sell mineral water too. Thank you.

“Mixed impressions”

Having mixed feelings here. The staff is friendly and made us feel welcome. The location is superb but lacks effort to make it great experience. Having mixed feelings here. The staff is friendly and made us feel welcome. The location is superb but lacks effort to make it great experience. I understand the beach gets cluttered by garbage from the ocean but areas beyond the reach of water are also cluttetered. We were welcomed by room service leftovers and we left without them being cleared away… rooms are old, and not very cleaned, dust deposits on light covers at the bedpost. The experience at Japanese restaurant was exquisite, food and service alike. Drinks are overpriced, did not expect to pay Singapore rates for a half decent glass od wine. With a little effort and full upgrade of facilities this could be a fantastic weekend getaway.

~Hotel provides free transfer from Nongsapura ferry. ~Room assigned for me is rather far from lobby and needs refurbish. Many mosquitoes. ~WiFi is quite weak and it doesn’t support Grap or Gojek. ~It was low season for this hotel, not many hotel’s guests in restaurant for breakfast, even though, the staff seems to be lazy, rather gather around chit chat and not clearing tables empty plates （picture attached). Choice of food is very limited. Lunch only my table and another table of 3 guests. It took almost one hour to serve our meal (simple meal e.g. fried rice, curry chicken etc) ~ I checked in around 12:45, a welcome drink was offered, but receptionist told me the room is not ready, said the check-in time is 14:00. I told her we were go for lunch and come back by then, after lunch, the receptionist told me one room is ready, another room is still in maintenance. Need to wait. UNDER MAINTENANCE???? Did I hear wrongly? The hotel looks very empty, there’s no other rooms available and I must wait for a maintaining room? (The receptionist in the evening told me occupancy is poor during weekday) ~ Hotel environment is good, but very empty due to low season. ~ I couldn’t find any staff at the poolside during my stay, poolside bar opening hour is not fix, need to bring my own drinks. Couldn’t find the towel station, the staff is hiding somewhere. Eventually I found the towel station by the pool (this pool near the restaurant). It was hidden under the building. But the other pool (rectangular shape pool) always no staff around, and couldn’t find towel station.
