It’s like 4th or 5th times i stayed at Novotel Bukittinggi. Varian of breakfast choices Large and clean room as always Great staff with full of smiles Such one of best hotels in West Sumatera. Keep up the good work👍

This hotel is right... located in downtown Bukittinggi with complete facilities and has implemented a plastic-free concept the hotel building is classic and unique and lots of trees.. the rooms are quite spacious and clean, the service is friendly

5 stars hotel..nice view..easy acces to town with walking distance..warm welcome by staff..nice food,clean room..good view from our room can see singgalang mount..near to mall easy acces to eat stall style food..easy to check in..thans to Nada receptionist because soft n easy check in..
