“Perfect stay!”
The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were exceptional. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a room with two separate beds. Erwan assisted us during our stay and was incredibly helpful and kind. We would definitely come back again.

“AIHO hotel stay”
Really lovely place to stay in Medan. Great pool and gym, and comfortable, spacious rooms. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ady who also greeted me at front desk!

“Amazing staff”
