“Not Bad”
When I checked in, the clerk seemed confused by the list of rooms he was holding. But to be honest, the room was quite comfortable, even though there was a large window in my room that didn't seem safe, it seemed unsafe to bring children to the room. Location is about 10mins away from airport but buffer another 15mins for the crazy Medan traffic. Hotel is opposite a shopping mall but I didn't check it out because I could not find a way to cross the busy road. Ate at A&W attached to the hotel.
