“Nice room”
This is a 5 stars hotel in an affordable price. Located near from the biggest mall in Palembang and 5 minutes from the LRT station. The front desk officer are really good and friendly. I had an enjoyable stay.

“One of the most comfortable hotel in Palembang”
Stayed for 2 nights in deluxe room with breakfast. The room itself was comfortable with big enough bed. Bathroom size is sufficient with the right amenities (soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste were all provided). Staff were friendly especially the front door. “Recommended hotel to stay in palembang”
The staff is really helpful, the hotel facilities are quite great. The hotel provide local delicacies on their breakfast buffet which is good. Definitely would come and stay at excelton again. Keep the good hospitality
