“Definitely not a resort and not even worthy of 2 stars...”
This hotel should not be named a "resort." A local told me that they will be taking it down because of it is structurally unsound (particularly in an earthquake prone area) and it seems it is going to fall apart at any given moment - it is already in shambles!
