“Hotel staff are amazing!”
The hotel is old and dated but the staff more than compensates for it. Rooms are clean and good sized. The swimming pools are clean and big. The breakfast is delicious. Special thanks to the Guest Relations Officer,Corina for making our stay extra special 🥰 I highly recommend this hotel❣️

“Beautiful location”
Our trip to Lombok was amazing with the help of this hotel. Wonderful staff and spa. Pool area is stunning. The hotel is a bit dated but kept up well. Everything can not be new.
