“First stay here,would return”
First stay at this hotel, we had a pool view room. .The room was large with a view over the pool and gardens. May is the quiet period in Lombock so this room was ideal but I suspect in the main holiday season this room may be noisy so the garden rooms would be better away from the pool and noise. E… more

“Good pleace”
The entire hotel staff is extremely kind and responsive. The warm welcome from Randy. The service in the restaurant from Aldi! Desi's professionalism in the SPA center - a wonderful experience!🙂

“Hotel staff are amazing!”
The hotel is old and dated but the staff more than compensates for it. Rooms are clean and good sized. The swimming pools are clean and big. The breakfast is delicious. Special thanks to the Guest Relations Officer,Corina for making our stay extra special 🥰 I highly recommend this hotel❣️

Our trip to Lombok was amazing with the help of this hotel. Wonderful staff and spa. Pool area is stunning. The hotel is a bit dated but kept up well. Everything can not be new.
