“Excellent hotel, great value”
Excellent hotel, it's very conveniently located near the Luas. It is about a 20-25 minute walk into the city centre. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I originally had quite a bad review up for this hotel as I had tried to get through to them for over a week to modify my booking but no one ever answered the phone. “Poor service, unlikely to stay again”
Stayed midweek for one night as we were attending a gig nearby. There were so many things I did not enjoy about our stay. Check-in was efficient if impersonal. The room was ok, beds comfortable.
