“Lovely shortstop”
Only stayed two nights as part of a longer trip. Cannot fault the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, good facilities, great breakfast with lots of choice. First rate evening meal.

“Fantastic Corporate Services”
Had a lovely time in the Garden Room. There was space inside as well so we weren't impacted by the changeable weather. The service was incredible. The colleagues in the Address Citywest are so courteous and helpful, very attentive.
