“Brilliant service”

“Rooms good, food and service no good”
I stayed with my partner for a night. Room was good. No issues The only drawback is the food and service in the bar. “Impossible that this could be the #5 Hôtel in Galway.”
This is not the place to stay if you are a visitor to Galway. Our experience was not good. The room was clean and the breakfast good. Staff were also nice. Then we got no help on arrival, made worse by 2 male staff (1 who looked like a manager) who stood there watching us navigate the luggage troll… more
