“Lovely place near the sea”
Close to several tour stops and many good restaurants, The Dormers worked very well for us. The room was excellent and the amenities and breakfast were everything we hope to find in an Irish B&B. We walked almost everywhere without exhausting ourselves.

“Location, location, location”
The Dormers is in an excellent location with city centre and the water being about a 10 minute walk in either direction. Maureen was a fine hostess and we had a very pleasant stay there. The only difficulty was in finding the location since it looked like a larger sign had been removed.

“Recommendable”
Very nice and clean rooms. Friendly and a caring housekeeper. Very good breakfast. We experienced a family atmosphere. We also got useful information about the surrounding area. We recommend The Dormers without hesitation.

“Quiet overnight in Galway”
We only stayed one night in September at The Dormers but Maureen was most welcoming. After settling into our spacious ground floor room, we set off as Maureen directed, to walk into town.
