An Exceptional Stay at Yam Suf by Isrotel — Thank You, Etzter! Our host, Etzter, truly exceeded all our expectations during our stay at Yam Suf by Isrotel in Eilat. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly special, welcomed and genuinely cared for. It was an experience that felt more like a home away from home. Our stay began with a wonderful upgrade to a beautiful Junior Suite. But Etzter didn’t stop there. She went above and beyond to surprise my wife by having our room beautifully decorated, with creatively crafted towels arranged on our king-size bed, delicate flower petals, a thoughtful gift bag filled with goodies, wine and chocolate for her birthday. It was such a beautiful and personal touch. What touched us even more was that Etzter arranged for our room to be beautifully prepared every day, with the same thoughtful towel creations and petals. The attention to detail was simply extraordinary. Then came the biggest effort, a special surprise party for my wife in one of the hotel’s event rooms. Etzter personally helped make the room beautiful, organised the AV equipment, drinks and treats and made sure every detail was taken care of. When my wife walked into the room, the emotion and tears said everything. It was a truly unforgettable moment and one we will treasure. And then there was the dining experience, oh my! We were blown away by the incredible variety and quality of the food. From beautifully prepared meats and fish to exotic selections, freshly cooked vegetables, baked dishes and so much more, there was something for everyone. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented and clearly prepared with care. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, with an amazing selection of cheeses, pastries, cooked dishes and wholesome foods to suit every palate. There was so much variety that every meal felt like a new experience. The service throughout the hotel was absolutely top-class. The hotel itself was clean, welcoming and full of entertainment, including a games room, a beautiful and well-maintained pool, and, best of all, live music that lifted the mood and spirits of everyone around us. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the people and especially Etzter. She is incredibly friendly, kind, thoughtful and attentive. Her genuine care and warmth made us feel so comfortable and valued throughout our entire stay. We cannot recommend Yam Suf by Isrotel highly enough and if you have the opportunity to stay here, we sincerely hope you have the pleasure of experiencing Etzter’s wonderful hospitality. Thank you, Etzter and thank you to the entire team at Yam Suf. You went far beyond what we expected and created memories that we will carry with us for a very long time.
