Great value for the price! Clean rooms, rich and tasty breakfast, nicely presented. Every person in the reception desk was nice and ready to help! The same in the hotel's restaurant! High recommended hotel. Near the beach.very clean lobby .rooms .all area.i took two days trip to Jerusalem and dead sea. In advance I informed reception .they prepared lunch box.which was done with all heart.many thanks to Roxon sea sand staff. Thanks Natela from Georgia.

“Extremely positive”
Small, modern beach front hotel. Rooms are clean and recently renovated. Excellent service with an extremely helpful staff polite and always with a smile Loved out stay and would surely come again on our future visits to Bat Yam and its beautiful beah

“I’m excited to come again”
Nice hotel that needs a bar, rooms are nice, breakfast good , but my stay here was made amazing by the concierge David, one of the nicest most helpful gentleman I’ve had the pleasure to meet he is surely an Israeli treasure!
