“The staff were 100% helpful and pleasant”
Although the rooms were a little dated they were clean! The staff were 100% friendly and helpful. “Great customer service”
The staff and customer service is excellent, from front desk and bar staff to the shuttle bus guy (from Edmonton) and the maintenance guys-nothing is too much trouble and delivered with a smile. When booked this hotel did not realize it was out of town. Overall, the room was spacious, clean and tidy.
