Everything is just great in this place, we were there a few years ago and we are going back again, they are super Friendly and provide you with 1st class service! Runned by the whole family, you will find the matriarch, up super early setting breakfast up, herself. We had 2yer old twins back then and it was comfortable in all ways, they attended to our need like as if we were family. Loved it! ps, cheaper if you book directly on their website

We stayed here for a week. The other reviewers' praise for the view and the restaurant is certainly justified. We would also like to compliment the staff on their professional but friendly, service. Very good breakfast buffet. Our room was pleasant, with a little balcony commanding the superb view of the lake. One reservation - there is nowhere indoors to relax comfortably with a book or a drink. We were fortunate to have great weather, so this was not a problem for us.

“Stunning views, but room for improvements”

Small and uncomfortable parking lot. Rooms are not too big however modern and clean. Our rooms both had balconies with splendid views over the lake with its surrounding mountains. Small and uncomfortable parking lot. Rooms are not too big however modern and clean. Our rooms both had balconies with splendid views over the lake with its surrounding mountains. Water boiler with tea and coffee to disposal in rooms. Robes and safe to store valuables. No phones in rooms. Mattresses a bit too soft. The restaurant is cosy and the food is good however not too much to choose from on the menu. Breakfast buffet was fine with several options to choose from. Rooms had to be left at noon which was fine.

So let me start by saying the good things: 1. the restaurant offers delicious food 2. The hotel is nice and clean and rooms are decent size (abit on the small size but good) 3. The view is insanely beautiful 4. Staff working there is nice apart from who I belive is the CO-Owner lady, who is way to rigid. Now lets move onto the negative: 1. there is no mini fridge in the rooms, in this heat you would need some cold water in the room. 2. there is music starting from early morning until evening, which at times is too much 3. there was construction work exactly next to them, it would have been nice to be notified when we initially contacted them to tell us there will be a jack hammer ruining our relax time 3. It is very clear this hotel does everything for money. We asked for a bottle of wine in the room with a budget of 35Eurs and what was placed in the room was a bottle of wine of 99Eurs. Not everyone affords the same amount, specially when we mentioned our budget. Better to say we don't have then put something 3x more a persons budget. 4. they allow people outside the hotel to make use of the pool, on Saturday there was no space for us next to the pool as all deckchairs were taken in the afternoon and the pool at times was way too crowded 5. Following this it provides a big headache with parking, the resort have a small parking and their is small space on the street.. but other then that it is hectic to park. they should limit the space within the hotel to be for guests residing in the hotel.
