“Excellent food”

We spent just 5 nights at this great hotel for skiing and love it soo much. Room was rather large with balcony and clean well equipped bathroom. We spent just 5 nights at this great hotel for skiing and love it soo much. Room was rather large with balcony and clean well equipped bathroom. Nice pool area which come soo good after long day on a skiis. But most satisfactory was the food, good variaty hearty breakfast and few great dinners including one gala night. The food was soso tasty and fresh served with class and style so we enyojed so much in whole experience. Staff was amazing, so nice, polite and efficient. Would recommend for unique experience of the Alps.

Bonfanti Room : renovated, grey wood structure design but standard, no original touch. Mattrass too hard, several people had back ache. Fortunatly an excellent massage helped. No Kleenex but hard paper tissues. No body cream at all. Rooms on streetside very loud as its a small, but mainroad with lorries, buses etc. The hotel too away from everything 1-2 kms at least. Though asked in the reception and also directly to the cleaning staff, NOT to change towels and bedthings, they permanently changed. No ecological sense at all. Wellness: Very good, inside warm pol and saunas etc. Unfortunately so dark that you risk to fall and break something. Outside pool well heated, large and pleasant. Small garden with small pond and another sauna. Unfortunaley you hear the street noise. Reception : all very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mrs Maria who sepaks more languages.Only a small lift for 4 floors, so just 2 persons and luggage made that it takes ages going up and down. Service,evening meals. most don’t speak neither German nor English, mainly even not italian. Coming from East countries probably. Not very efficient service. Most looked lost, but the top ones, were rather friendly. Dining room/Meals for groups in the middle of a huge space (though a bit seperated).No window. Cold unpersonal atmosphere. Meal Quality DINNER There definetely was a huge difference between the usual guests and group guest. They all shared a buffet for starters with salads, vegetables etc. Some warm starter were unavailble too early or not warm any more. The guest menu left no choice and fix daily with meat 6x. The warm starter( ok some times) , the main dish and desert were hardlyl 2-3 star level. No choice, always meat: 4x pork , 3 times poultry and 1 salmon. Always with a small piece of potatespuree, then the meat topped with the same (industrial ?) tasteless brown sauce+- daily. It happend that they addid curry or things like that.In no way any inventive idea or food made with care. Canteene like BREAKFAST was very good. Possible to make fresh juices, lots of bread etc , nice small croissants , the rest of cakes medium, because too sweet. Also cheese and salad and bred choice.
