“Comfortable stay”
This hotel is charming and locally run in the heart of Varenna. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, assisting carrying the suitcases up the stairs and assisting with any questions we have during the stay. “Overall good experience”
Everything was good, the room was clean and it had all the necessary toiletries. It is very close to the port, like a 2 minute walk. However, the restaurant had a separate entrance, you have to go out to get to it. But, the food was very delicious, everything we tried was good.

“Budget hotel”
This is a minimal hotel. It was very clean, one of the beds the slats came off. The window on blinds covered part of the window. The toiletries in the bathroom looked pretty but the boxes however were empty. The breakfast was good . The staff was very helpful and communicated very well.
