Great hotel located next to the slopes for ski in ski out (via a red run) The staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are very good, and come with balcony with views of the mountains on both sides of the hotel. Breakfast is excellent and the hotel offers evening meals which are also good quality. There is a free shuttle bus into town between 4pm and 11.30pm, but the town can also be accessed on foot by a 10 to 15 minute walk. The hotel has been refurbished and is now called Hotel Furggen (most reviews are of the previous name (Il Meuble Furggen) and many of the photos do not show the refurbished version. There is a great Apres Ski bar 100m up the red 3 ski slope at the Principe Delle Nevi hotel, giving an short ski or walk back to the hotel Furggen afterwards.

“Small but perfectly formed!!”

My son and I stayed here last week, with our holiday booked through Crystal Ski. Charming, family run hotel, with amazing views over the village and mountains. Our room was quite small but we managed to fit everything in!!! Spotlessly clean with rooms serviced whilst we had breakfast. We ate in the Hotel bistro one evening and the food was delicious!! All the staff were lovely and most helpful. The hotel run shuttle bus in the evenings was a godsend, saving tired legs from walking up and down the hill. Access to the nearest chairlifts is via a red slope or going off piste to join another red run so not really suitable for beginners (please note that the shuttle bus will not take little ones or beginners down to the village in the mornings in time for ski lessons). If we were to return to Cervinia we would definitely stay here again xx

I recently stayed at Hotel Furggen in Cervinia and had an excellent experience. The location is great, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and offer beautiful mountain views. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel’s small, cozy restaurant serves delicious dishes every evening after 6:30 pm. The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which really made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel feels authentic and warm — you truly feel at home. For the quality it offers, the price is more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Lovely peaceful and quaint family run hotel. All staff were always very helpful, polite and smiley & friendly, a very comfy and relaxing place. Make sure to take some comfy slippers and you’ll feel as though you’re stopping over at a friend’s house. Basic but very comfy and warm bedrooms and bathroom, everywhere was spotlessly clean. Our bedroom was on ground floor, no balcony, facing the road which could get a bit noisy but not too bad. Breakfast was more than adequate for the price but avoid 8 to 8.30 if you want a more comfortable experience. Courtesy mini bus service runs efficiently from 4pm to 11pm. They will try to accommodate pick up and drop off outside of these times if they’re not busy, but no guarantee. Spacious boot room and on level easy access to ski in/out platform at the back of the hotel. If you’re not bothered about going into town to eat at night, their Bistro provides lovely food, lunchtime snacks also available. If you go through Crystal DO NOT hire equipment through them. They use a hotel up the road (White Angel) who have a small ski hire shop in their basement. The range is limited and kit is very tired. Some friends in our party asked the Furggen staff who recommended a good hire shop in town which was cheaper than Crystal and the kit was all first class. We will definitely stop here again next time we’re in Cervinia.
