We travelled to Breuil-Cervinia for a family ski trip with friends and stayed at the Hotel Sertorelli not really knowing what to expect. I can say that the standard of service from arrival to departure was excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect and kept to a good standard. The restaurant was well run and the food was good, breakfast was especially well catered. There’s a nice bar area on the first floor where the service was excellent. There’s a ski room at the bottom of the hotel with each room assigned its own locker. You can hire ski equipment from this area, which was very convenient, although snowboard hire wasn’t possible (hire shops literally 50m away so not a major issue for us) and there is a regular ski bus shuttle from the hotel to the ski lift and back at the start and finish of the day; you can call the hotel to request a pick up outside of these times. There’s a gym but it’s small, I didn’t use it and I wasn’t going there to use the gym so for me it wasn’t an issue, but it might not be equipped to the standards some would want. Some treadmills, a small old style multi-gym and some dumbbells. The wellness area was excellent with 3 jacuzzi’s, and several saunas ranging from warm to hot (Finnish), a steam room and some relaxation areas. If you asked my kids if there was anything they didn’t like about the hotel they’d say they lost the internet in their room, but that would be the only negative I could think of. Overall very satisfied, and I would recommend it; if my wife says she’d go back,it must have been good!!

The rooms are spacious. The wellness centres out of this world. So easy to get out skiing the food is like a 5 star Michigan restaurant.The staff are kind and fun and friendly

This is our third year staying at Sertorelli and we absolutely love it. It's a family-run, well-loved ski hotel that is incredibly warm and welcoming. We loved the breakfasts in the morning, enjoying the spa after a long day of skiing, having aperitvo in the bar, and our daughter really enjoyed the updated kids room. The location also can't be beat, very quick walk into the main village street and all the restaurants and slopes. Luca and Karla and all the staff make you feel like family and always go above and beyond. We can't wait to go back next year!

For the second time in Cervinia, we chose the same hotel based on previous good experiences. This time, we chose a renovated Comfort room. The room was nicely renovated and very clean. In fact, the whole hotel was really clean and they clean it diligently. The hotel staff is really helpful and very friendly, it's great that the staff makes an effort to smile at guests — it really creates a good vibe. The spa area had been renovated since our last visit, and it was even better; they have built a Finnish sauna with an absolutely amazing view of the village and the Matterhorn. The dinner menu changes daily, the food was very good, and there are definitely dishes suitable for everyone on the menu. The hotel provides nonstop transport to the nearest lift and will also pick you up in the afternoon if you call, but for example, walking from the village uphill with your gear isn’t a problem. It’s about a 10-minute walk downhill, so the distance isn’t long. Lovely hotel, would definitely go a third time...
