Spent the best part of a month here. In all that time standards remained consistently high. The restaurant was excellent, pizzas were excellent and very cheap.The cafeteria was also super, Coffee and cakes were delicious. Very good location. “My home away from home”
Spent four days at the Viva with my husband to be in town to visit relatives. The room was modest but clean and comfortable, fresh towels daily but no safe in room. “Great!”
September 2019 I reserved the hotel for four nights, was a great big room and there was also a really good restaurant downstairs. Everything fine and a well located hotel with also a really helpfull staff!

“Very good place to stay”
Hotel was very nice, room was clean, the breakfast was very good with fresh pastries and many healthy items. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and very pleasant. Location was very good, there are buses nearby and many restaurants nearby.
