We stayed here for one night after flying into Naples. The staff was great. The gentleman who checked us in, called the day prior to our arrival to see when we’re were coming. They even kept out breakfast for us because our arrival was supposed to be very early, however I flight was delayed. They were also super helpful in telling us how to get a taxi without getting ripped off. The room was super clean and comfortable. Even on the busy street it was quiet while sleeping.

Great service, very helpful staff nothing was too difficult for them beautiful room with plenty of space great breakfast, very well situated Right in the middle of everything will definitely recommend this place to friends and will definitely comeback

I don’t do many Tripadvisor’s, only the very good and the very bad and this is definitely a good one! The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was fine. The best thing about the hotel was the staff always kind and helpful. We were trying to book the tickets for the bus to Pompeii and Vesuvius and the tickets to Pompeii and Vesuvius and the staff helped us for 60 minutes, they could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were two adults and a teenage daughter and spent 5 nights in this hotel. Stayed at the Renaissance down the road during our last trip and while the Renaissance has grander public spaces but relatively small rooms, the public areas (and services) here are typical family hotel style intimate and limited, the guest rooms feel larger. It's all fairly basic standard with hard mattresses and all local TV channels, but bathroom is modern and the housekeeping team is keeping the room very clean. Breakfast is included, very friendly staff and the selection is ok, mostly sweet(ish) bakery and pastry but also a small savoury section with toast bread, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, cold cuts and cheese. Coffee from a proper barista making fresh cappuccinos. Can't think of a better location on Via Toledo, although this being a walking street means you need to drag your luggage across the street and a few steps down Via Ponte di Tappia to the taxi stand opposite the Renaissance hotel for airport transfers. The manager (I think) was very happy to chat in English in the morning advising how to get on the Pompeii bus and other attractions.
