Sant'Agata town centre is 2 km from the hotel and the sea and beach are 5 km away.The accommodation is peacefully private and decorated to a high standard with a brand new kitchen amongst other recent enhancements. A gorgeously cool portico encircles 2 sides and the first floor can be accessed through a doorway from here. The layout of this villa would be ideal for 2 families who require a certain level of privacy. There is a 300-metre-long private driveway leading to the house and ample parking. The hotel offers 10 suites in total.On the ground floor is a hallway, sitting/dining room, kitchen/diner with hob, oven, and fridge/freezer, 2 double rooms and an en suite bathroom with WC. On the first floor (via exterior door) are 2 double rooms, a shower room with WC and washing machine and a small kitchen with hob, oven and fridge/freezer.
