“Kind, quiet, clean”
Very kind staff. Clean, quiet rooms with good air, green surroundings, and birds singing in the morning. Good breakfast. Everything in the hotel was very well organized. Daily shuttle to the Bologna Book Fair and back, and they also kindly kept our luggage after check‑out.

“Impressive And Very Friendly Staff”
Impressive clean modern hotel with an emphasis on insuring an amazing customer service experience rooms are spacious clean and very well presented but the staff are just incredibly warm welcoming and always willing to help especially the gentleman at the bar at night

“I will look for other hotel next time”
Bad bed (too hard) and coverd with a plastic sheet (under the normal sheet) you have to sleep on it. Bad breakfast staff. Not smart at all and even rude. They send you out on the lobby to get a coffee (the coffee machines didn't work) The price was too big because some events. Didn't worth.
