Beautiful hotel! Simone provided excellent customer service to our group of 64 travelers. The hotel was very welcoming and accommodating to the various needs. The hotel staff also provided recommendations on where to eat and places in town to visit.

“Wasn't a guest but was treated like one.”
I did not stay at the hotel but my family did. The customer service was top notch. Simone and Pegah were absolutely wonderful!!! I loved Bologna and when I return I will stay at the Savhotel.
