“very pleasant experience”
The hotel is quite convenient - a few minutes from the train station and right in the historic center. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is impressive. The staff friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the rental bikes (for a small fee) to explore the city.

“Nice Hotel”
Stayed in Ferrara on a work trip, the Hotel is in a great location in the middle of this Beautiful city, the staff are very friendly and helpful with perfect English. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned to a very high standard daily. I would highly recommend anyone staying here .

“Excelent service”
Excellent service, very good recommendations for visiting Restaurants and sites for turism. We enjoyed so much the food , the visits, teh castles. It was easy to transport to Bolognia and to Milano by common trains or bay the fastest Frecciarossa, it was cracy and good things.

“Good Overall, But has Room for Improvement”
Overall, this is a very good hotel. Its breakfast is very tasty, and it is very clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly and knew enough English to help us unfortunate non-Italian-speakers.
