“Quaint, clean hotel.”
Small newly renovated old hotel within walking distance to the center plaza and restaurants. Accommodating, peasant staff. I recommend stopping in this interesting town and visiting nearby villages. They have a restaurant, but we ate pizza down the sreet

“Winner”
I stayed at two different hotels in Udine on two different nights, and decided on Hotel Allegria as the winner! “Enjoyable dinner in Udine.”
Didn’t stay, but had an excellent meal of local produce and wine in the restaurant. Attentive service and attractive rustic style surroundings. We have stayed in the hotel in the past pre Covid, when it was fine. This time they didn’t have rooms.

“Poor value”
Our top floor room was quiet enough but stuffy and hot because the windows were small. They were also low to the ground which we didn’t like.
