Can not fault this hotel, beautiful views of the lake ,short walk to the front prom with lots of restaurants, shops. Ideal to get the ferry to other towns. Staff everyone friendly and helpful. Hotel spotless. If you are allergic to certain foods they will accommodate for you, just let them know. Lake garda is a beautiful place. We went with jet 2 and all went smoothly. Recommend front rooms or side rooms with view. We was in 436 good view sun all afternoon. Book you won't be disappointed . With hotel and location

“Gorgeous hotel with fabulous views”

Second time at this lovely hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful room with a panoramic view of the lake. Immaculate throughout, great attention to detail, excellent food and service. Other guests good company - many of whom were also returning year after year to this gem of a hotel.

Would recommend with no hesitation. Friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean and the food was incredible. 100 per cent would go back again and hoping to do so next year. Fantastic hotel in a beautiful area. Plus great cocktails!

Stayed here in May with my parents, who are both in their early 70s, and the hotel’s “Hotel & Relax” motto really does sum the place up perfectly. Set in the beautiful town of Garda on the shores of Lake Garda, the location is stunning, with lovely lake views from our balcony. The hotel definitely caters more towards an older crowd, and the slower pace really encourages proper relaxation and recuperation. The staff were exceptional throughout — professional, friendly and always helpful. The food quality was genuinely excellent. We stayed half board and, despite usually eating out a couple of nights on holiday, we ended up staying in every evening because the meals were so good. Breakfast was also far better than the standard continental buffet you often get elsewhere. The weather was mixed during our stay — cloudy and rainy for the first half of the week, then sunny later on — but it actually worked out well. We used the wetter days for excursions, including a trip to Verona where we got absolutely drenched, plus a vineyard visit and a walk to Bardolino. I also managed a 12-mile run around part of the lake. That’s what’s great about this area: you can do as much or as little as you want. The pool area was wonderfully quiet too, with more than enough sunbeds even on sunny days. In the evenings we often strolled along the promenade and stopped at a couple of the many lovely lakeside bars. Entertainment in the hotel itself was fairly limited, though there were a couple of very good singers during our week-long stay. Our room was a suite, kept spotless throughout, and had all the usual amenities you’d expect. I’d return to this hotel in a heartbeat, and if I’m lucky enough to visit again, I’d happily stay here again. For us, it was basically faultless.
