“Great Gem in Como”
The hotel is a perfect gem, the staff was fantastic the location is great the Restaurant is amazing.....The rooms were nice and clean bathroom was spotless. near everything shopping, the lake is a 5 minute walk.

“Regularly stay here when in Como”
Have stayed here many times and will stay again. Location is perfect - right by the lake, and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping. Staff and owner are polite, friendly and helpful. Restaurant is also delicious for lunch and dinner - many locals dine here. Rooms are clean.

“Perfect location for what we needed.”
We only spent 2 days as we were commuting from Venice to Zurich with a quick 1- 1/2 day stop by train in Como. This Hotel was perfectly located in Como Center and walking distance (12 minute walk) to the Train station. Took the Fast Ferry to Bellagio, and Menaggio for a quick look around and food... more

Great hotel to use as a base. I agree with the previous reviewer, this is not a resort or a spa. You drop your luggage there, go explore and come back to sleep, period. Great location, close to shops and restaurants, just walking distance to the train station. The rooms are simple and clean, the bed is quite hard though, same as the pillows, they need to invest in new bedding to make the stay more comfortable.
