“Amazing location in a 'feel at home' hotel”
The best location in Rome adds to everything you need in a hotel: clean, modern bathrooms, nicely decorated and well equipped bedrooms and ready to help staff at all times. A very good breakfast at reasonable cost. A pleasure to stay at when visiting beautiful Rome. Will definitely go back again!

“Excellent spanish steps view and a lovely quiet room”
4th floor, with quaint lift. You wouldn't get a wheelchair in however. Its quiet, air conditioned, with good wi-fi, tea and coffees and a good powerful shower. Large beds and a comfortable room. The lady made us most welcome and we paid the £28 tax and never saw her again as we were out in the town… more

“Stunning Rome..Shame about the guesthouse”
Excellent location! Apart from that it is a sham. No one is there to ask questions, help, check in/out. Once they have your credit card the communication stops and they never respond to an email. “The good and the bad”
Good: very clean and lovely lady runs it. Bad: A/C does not really work, about 74 coolest. No breakfast. Shower water runs over lip And marble slippery. Note: hotel at bottom of steps. Difficult with elderly
