Marcella Royal Hotel was amazing!! The hotel is stunning and in such a perfect location. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3nights for my partners 40th and would go back in a heartbeat. Its a lovely walking distance from the trevi fountain. The room was beautiful, the bed was super comfy. Perfect. Definitely book the rooftop restaurant. Our first night we booked to celebrate and the food was stunning. Thank you so much Marcella Royal Hotel staff for making our celebration break memorable

Very friendly hotel. Good service. Our room had a physical key, which was a change from the cards The room was comfortable. The only real drawback was the shortage of power sockets. I used one, only to find that the minibar fridge was not plugged into it, presumably removed by the previous occupant… more

Very friendly hotel. Good service. Our room had a physical key, which was a change from the cards The room was comfortable. The only real drawback was the shortage of power sockets. I used one, only to find that the minibar fridge was not plugged into it, presumably removed by the previous occupants. There was one free in the room and one in the bathroom The terrace, which, to be honest, was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel, was great. Drinks a bit expensive, but this is a hotel in central Rome The included breakfast was plentiful and had a good selection. We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening, but would do if we stay here again

My husband and I stayed here for four nights during our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is exceptional, and the central location worked perfectly for our plans while exploring Rome. The reception staff was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay. They provided excellent dinner recommendations, assisted with arranging taxis, and were always happy to answer questions. Our room was cleaned daily and was well maintained. It was on the warmer side, but that was generally what we expected and did not impact our overall experience. We booked a rate that included breakfast each morning, and I highly recommend it. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered a wide variety of options. The rooftop setting made it even better, with incredible views of the city. While we didn’t have the opportunity to dine at the rooftop restaurant, we did spend time at the rooftop bar and thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere, views, and service were all excellent. The hotel’s location is very central, making it easy to get around. Most of Rome’s major attractions were about a 30-minute or longer walk away. The only minor disappointment was the water policy. The hotel provides two complimentary bottles of water initially, but additional bottles placed in the minibar are charged. We hadn’t realized this and were a bit surprised. We were also told there wasn’t a place on-site to refill reusable water bottles. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. It was a wonderful part of our honeymoon, and we would gladly stay here again.

Spent 3 days here. About 20 minute walk from trevi fountain. Staff were very helpful and friendly, couldn’t fault them. Hotel was clean and reception area was modern. Rooms were good but slightly on the outdated side and small. Sleep quality was bad as could hear every noise from the road. Although this is expected due to the shutter windows. Rooftop terrace is nice edition.
